There is always something happening in Whistler, but every so often a new event arrives that feels particularly well suited to the character of the mountains. This fall, that event is the inaugural Whistler Outdoor Festival, taking place October 9–11, 2026, over Thanksgiving weekend. The three-day celebration brings together adventure films, outdoor experiences, inspiring speakers, workshops, athletes and mountain culture in the heart of Whistler Village.
